Throughout the industry, companies and competitors alike come to Web when they have something difficult to slit, sensitive to wind or require fast turnaround on new materials for a rush project or product. Once the process is established, we often provide ongoing turnkey slitting programs with JIT order fulfillment, customized to match your own production and delivery processes.

With our strategic locations around the country, we operate more than 50 different slitting lines with capabilities for a wide range of materials and roll formations. Utilizing several different cutting methods (shear, razor, score and hot knife) as well as multiple winding techniques (center, surface, center-surface, duplex with optional lay-on rollers), as well as zero-tension "scatter-pack" (tapes loosely laid into plastic bag containers for low tension pay-out), we can meet the most demanding slitting requirements you have.

Materials we convert include non-woven fabrics of all types, a wide range of plastic films (0.00035" up to 0.065"), most grades of paper, light gauge metals and foils (aluminum, copper, steel, alloys, etc.), resin-based composites like carbon-fiber/kevlar, and laminate materials.

• Slit width tolerances: Down to +/- 0.0002".

• Clean Room and White Rooms
• Photo/Light Sensitive facilities with both sheeting and slitting capabilities and full lab and packaging facilities. These meet industry color-photo paper/film requirements.
• Temperature and humidity controlled white room slitting environments, with air-conditioning and filtered air flow.
