Pilot Coating
Web’s GMP coating processes are designed to add functionality to flexible materials. Our pilot coating services enable fast and cost effective evaluation of alternative coating application methods, chemical formulations, and substrates. Application methods include flexographic, roto-gravure, slot die, and spray nozzle with IR and hot air drying and/or UV curing. All methods can be applied with either 100% or patterned coverage. Functional coatings include:

- Hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings
- Antistatic
